First year farmer/owner as of 2024.
First generation farmer, too.
Fort Collins based since 2015.
Simply a sun worshiping, moon following, soil goblin.
Certainly discovering a whole lot about what it means to be a business owner and food producer…
I’ve got a whole lot of dreams and ideas for this place… patience please, while I bring it all together.
I want to be an Ent when I grow up! I have a deep curiosity for agroforestry/silvopasture and other regenerative models. I want to bring the trees back into farming. I also love traditional medicinal herbs and will bring my herbalism experience to the crops I choose to grow on this farm. I want to integrate medicine into food and much more.
I have been working in local ag since 2022, and an avid gardener for many years in Fort Collins and back in Norfolk, Virginia where I was growing up before coming out west.
Queer, determined, and endlessly dreaming. I want to build community and connectivity around food and soil.
On the side I am proudly serving as the Vice President of the Larimer County Farmers Alliance (a chapter of the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union) Go check them out!
Come find me at the farmers markets around town! Larimer County Farmers Market in downtown Fort Collins, and Laramie Farmers market in downtown Laramie Wyoming. Keep your eyes peeled for a future farmstand and our produce in local restaurants!
